SIZE MATTERS:
So please read carefully as we don’t do refunds for wrong sizes:
- Grab a soft measuring tape (or a piece of string) and wrap it around the chunkiest part of your doggo’s neck. Don’t pull too tight — leave a little wiggle room.
- Got your number? Awesome! Go to the "LENGTH" option at checkout and choose the next size up. Easy peasy!
- For reference, our superstar model Lucy-Lu measures 37 cm and wears a 40 cm collar.
WATER WARNING:
Simple acrylic and silicone beads? No problem. But if your dog is rocking metal or bling, best to keep it out of the water - because tarnish is real. For longer-lasting glam, remove before any splash sessions.
CARE TIPS:
For special occasions, pearl collars shine the brightest. We love them, but they might scratch with rough play. Also, beads and flea treatments don’t vibe well together—protect your investment and avoid that combo.
SAFETY:
Always remove your collar during swimming, rough play, crate time, and when your dog is unsupervised. Whilst we don’t recommend sleeping in our collars, our girl Lucy-Lu wears her silicone collars 24/7. For the chunkier, statement pieces, we recommend taking them off at night for maximum comfort.
